We advise on a broad range of labor law matters under Slovak law, drawing from extensive experience in advising numerous clients, including foreign clients with a subsidiary or branch in the Slovak Republic.

Our particular emphasis is in establishing and terminating legal relationships with senior management personnel as well as advising on the labor law aspects of organizational changes, including mass layoffs, and drafting and consulting on various types of employment contracts.

  • Providing general advice on Slovak employment law, including advice on compliance with regulations governing protection of health and safety at work, protection against discrimination, social security and health care insurance as well as matters relating to relationships with trade unions and other representatives of employees.
