Peter joined the firm in 2011 as a senior associate after seven years of practicing law at various local law firms and working at the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.

Peter´s main areas of expertise include corporate, commercial, labour, administrative law and litigation. He participated in various due diligence exercises, corporate reorganizations, carried out property title checks in connection with real estate acquisitions and provided legal advice on insolvency issues and export and import of military material. Other areas of his practice include mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.

Peter is fluent in Slovak, English, Czech and has a basic command of German.
