He joined the firm in 2013, after one year of practicing law at a local law firm. His main areas of expertise include personal data protection law, commercial law, corporate law, and employment law. He has participated in a number of projects involving changes within companies’ structures, as well as establishment and liquidation of companies. He has also provided legal advice on finance, employment and labor law issues.

František is fluent in Slovak and English and has a basic command of German.
